… and eating home made biscuits (cookies).
I gave up eating fats, egg yolks, meats, dairy products about 8 months ago and don’t miss any of the above except for some sweet home baking most of which requires egg and butter.
Recently I discovered a biscuit i can eat. So i bake a tray of those at least once a week.
1/3 egg white
1/3 almond (ground)
optional cinnamon or cardamon spice
I tend to weigh out the eggs beat them until it holds it’s shape then and add equal amounts of sugar and last in is an equal amount of nut flour.
Line a baking tray with baking paper then put the mix in little dollops on the parchment. Bake in the oven at 150˚C for about 35 min.
