Core workout is all…

… I could manage today. Thankfully the app whistled at me for the the 7 minute workout otherwise I might have forgotten to do it.
I spent most of the day running errants, cooking and then writing and was busy until after 8pm.

31 jumping jacks
30 sec wall sit
21 push-ups
20 squats
20 crunches
30 sec high knee sprint in place
15 step ups
15 triceps dips
35sec plank
30sec side plank
16 lunges
8 push-ups with rotation
