A little run down to the beach on a lovely sunny Sunday. I can feel my pace, running rhythm being affected by Friday’s run. Then again, maybe I’m imagining it. Maybe it was just a good run. The beach was nearly perfect to run on, too. Nice and smooth and just a tad soft from the receding tide.

I have to say I do prefer off street running. It’s harder to navigate, around potholes, through mud flats, over branches etc. for sure but it is just beautiful.
