Our house stands relatively remote so we have a rather unobstructed view from most of our windows. As a result we get morning, daytime and even sunshine, if the sun is out and not behind big fat, water laden cloud cover which in rainy Ireland does happen quite lot.
Tonight there was a sunset and I went out with my camera to capture some of the light against the dark trees.
The crows are moving in big flocks at the moment.
After the rain the trees were dripping wet and when the back lit drops fell to the ground it looked like little golden sparkles were falling from the trees.
These were all shot hand held, I badly need to get a tripod.
