23rd of October – in photographic over-drive

Sunday, October 23rd, 2011

I still have the insta bug… If you would like to see the photos I take and/or edit, you can find me on inst.agram if you use the same kinda phone as I do. Or you can follow me on twitter (both @forwardtumble) if you want to see what I’m up to as it happens.

Today I’ll share some of the photos right here, too. I had hoped to do this as a weekly roundup, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out that way.

.
I found this caterpillar in the front garden, he was the size of my baby finger, just massive! he goes well with this months AED theme autumn and he looked impressive, kinda furry.
.

.
We picked some 20 kg of apples in one of my friends house and so I’ve been making a lot of apple crumble. Sadly they are now coming to an end. I love apples and have planted no less than four apple trees in our new garden.
.

.
It’s been raining a lot in Ireland these last few weeks. I love watching the drops run down the glass of our windows.
.

.
The rain filled my rusty old wheel barrow in no time.
.

.
I took a lot more photos of drops and rain and clouds and bad weather. The above is a compositon of just a few photos out of many, many more.

Thank you for visiting. I invite comments and would love to know you called in to look at these.

PS I had this post sitting in my draft box for 2 weeks and simply didn’t get a chance to post. Better late than never…
