10th of November – happy 200th post to me!!

November 9th, 2011 at 21:37

Today, I post my 200th post on my daily art blog, hipp-hipp-horray.

It will be two years of art blogging in January. I didn’t write every day, but I can say with confidence the last two years have past with me being creative most days. I posted about my creativity every three to four days on average.

In the future I can see myself painting abstract and carving wooden sculptures and statues out of tree logs left behind by the forestry people who spent over a month in our yard felling the trees on the land next to us. I can see myself getting more involved in photography and possibly film and motion art. I can see myself learning how to sing, something I always wanted to do but never dared to do.

I had a day with a trip into the village and lots of photos after i had written no less than over 2200 words for my novel.

And then my computer crashed and I had to run some diagnostics. All is good, nothing got lost. And I had a few minutes to doodle. Not much of a creative achievement for my 200th post but then maybe it isn’t bad for a quick little scribble. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to do anything like it two years ago.

Thank you all you creative people out there visiting my site, encouraging me, inspiring me and helping me along on my journey to become an artist.
